Ok, let me start off by saying that Dr.Ryan and her staff used to be a lot better. They were always sloppy and disorganized but it has only gotten way worse! I was told by the staff that an appointment had been made because it was the only available time slot and that if I couldn't make it to call and reschedule on Monday. I called Monday and all of a sudden they can't get my little baby Yorkie in until 3 wks out!! He's having problems with his blood sugar and they could careless!! I was told they did this because I "missed the appointment"!!!!! They told us to call and we could change it!! They have messed up my baby's medication and mixed up that he was a boy and not a girl. They have sent him out in Pink bandages and not Blue because they mixed him up with another girl Yorkie! They sent me home with the wrong medications, knowing I live 30 mins away!! She let my cat suffer by not acting fast enough and not prescribing her the proper medications in time. She had "mouth cancer" (at least that's what I was told by Dr.Ryan with no testing or proof, she didn't even want to do x-rays!!!), and Dr.Ryan gave her an eye cream to start!!!!! By the time she actually prescribed her an antibiotic half of her jaw bone was already gone! She was sneezing BLOOD and you give her an eye cream?
